Ischemia diseases of diabetics belong to chronic organic, macrovascular complications. The aim research: Development of coronary artery of patients with diabetes mellitus registered in Konjic municipality. The total number of diabetic patients is 638 by the method of randomisation we examinated 50 insulin-dependet patients and 50 insulin - independent patients, at the age and seks representation. Conclusion: Coronary disease of diabetes mellitus is more frequent with females and insulin-dependet diabetics, increases with age and duration of disease especially with irregular diabetes and arterial hypertension.
