Methods of aproaching to a patient after valvular
and coronary operations were divided in a few phases: preoperative
phase, early potoperative and late postoperative phase which sholud
result in restituation to a normal life activities. In examinated
group, 75% were male patients and 25% female patients. In subgroup
of male patients 67% were with coronary surgery, 33% with valvular
surgery. In female subgroup 50% were with coronary surgery and
50% with valvular surgery. In both gender valvular surgery was
prevalent in age less than 45, male 50%, female 80%. Coronary
surgery in both gender was prevalent in patients of age 60 and
more, male and female patients 60%. Six months after surgery and
rehabilitation 78% of patients with coronary surgery and 20% of
patients with valvular surgery were back to work. According to
those data, inspite of rehabilitation, six months after surgery
17% of patients with coronary and 52% of patients with valvular
surgery were out of normal life activities.
