In our Cardiovascular Center in Tuzla we are doing about 600 diagnostic procedures and more them 100 PTCA-stent angioplasty procedures per year. The nurse taking central role during preparing patients for procedures, scrabing, following, hemodinamic monit., and EKG.After procedures hemostasis where obtained, by manuel compresy. Also, it is some potential complications as vagal reactions bleeding, leg pain, has been treated by well educated technitians.Very important role of nurses is introducing patients about Invasive procedures discusing about potential complications ambulatory mobilisation, discharge and further procedures.Spatial role of well traned nurse in during the PTCA-stent procedures.
