Recent approach to prevention of ishemic heart disease is mass and individual.In prospective longitudinaly considered study of 15 years (1984 - 1999), we prevented and folowed risk factors (RF) of IHD in 356 examiners by an individualy approach.We founded relevant significiance between degrees of RF and opperance of IHD in relatio on 1,7:8, 1:16,3 and founded too that reduction of number of RF and decreasing their values results in decreasing in frequency of IHD in prevented patients 5,2:6,0 in nonprevented patients with low risk; 24,6:40,6 with middle risk and 40,5:70,9 in the high risk group.
