By vascular
diseases of the posterior eye segment, fluorescein angiography
uses as noninvasion diagnostic method. On its base the laser photocoagulatio
use is planned to be supreme therapy of the line periphery and
central vascular diseases on the posterior eye segmenti. The laser
photocoagulatio uses by periphery vascular diseases: diabetic
retinopathy in all it form, retinal vein occlusion, angiomatosis
retinae (Van Hippal-Lindau disease), primary retinal telangiectasis
(Coats syndroma), choroidal hemangioma, Eales disease. Of the
central vascular diseases, laser photocoagulatio uses by: central
vascular retinopathy, aging macular degeneratio, diabetic macular
edema, maculopathy in the retinal vein occlusion. This work presents
epidemic analysis of the vascular eye diseases which have been
treated in the Laser cabinet of the Eye Clinic in Sarajevo from
1995-2000.
