Introduction:
Vertebrabasal Insufficiency is clinical syndrome whose characteristics
is that mainly start suddenly with vertigo followed by nausea
and vomiting, unsafe walk and standing. Pathophysiologicaly, Vertebrabasal
Insufficiency is transitory ischematic attack in posterior - VB
flow with caracteristis like disorder of function of brain tree,
cerebellum, including part of cerebrum too. Heart Arrhythmia are
changes in autonomy or conducting of impulses.Source of those
changes may be all parts of heart conduction system and there
are number of causes, which result arrhythmia, like local heart
diseases (born anomalies, inflammatory processcs, degenerative
diseases),up to systematic (anemia, hypertension, different metabolic
disorders). Objectives: The objective of this work is effect of
arrhythmia as etiology factors in case VB Insufficiency occurs
in middle life age. Material and Methods: Work analysed a group
of 50 subjects with clinical picture of VB Insufficiency, age
of 40 to 60 years and control group of 50 subjects without symptoms
of VB Insufficiency of 40 to 60 years of age too. Average age
in both groups was 49. Following method of transcranial Doppler
sonography used with all subjects in experiment group, lower value
of middle speed of blood flow in one or more arteries of VB flow
were found. In group of subjects with symptoms of VB Insufficiency
arrhythmia was confirmed (auscultatory and by ECG) with 7 subjects,
out which in one case bradycadr and rest of 6 subjects had tachycard,
but in control group arrhythmia was confirmed with one subject
only. Nine subjects in experiment group had established ishchemic
changes of ECG and only one subject in control group. Hypertension
artherialis was established with 19 subjects in experiment group
and with 2 in control group, anemia was notified with one subject
only in experiment group.
Conclusion: Heart arrhythmia as etiology factor takes significant
place in pathogenesis of VB Insufficiency in middle life age.It
would be possible to prevent attacks of VB Insufficiency by timely
disclosure and treatment of causes which may result to arrhythmia,
before all hypertensy, anemia, inflammatory, tocsic, degenerative
and metabolic, as well as disorders of sympatic and parasympatic
system.
