PREFACE

Relevant chapters of this book represent different modification or improvement of these different methods. From all above mentioned, explosive development of immunology last decades, required publishing of a modern book, which have never been published in our country or region.

Authors carried out this idea, geathering 45 experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina, USA and Croatia. They participated, practically in the biggest after war project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they wrote textbook that has 816 pages devided in 5 sections (Basic Immunology, Autoimune deseases, Clinical Immunology, Transplantation Immunology, Immune Laboratory Metods) all devided in 42 chapters, illustrated with 194 pictures, 149 charts, 22 graphic charts and with few thousand latest references, index and appendix with 44 color photograpfs.

We hope that, in this book Clinical Immunology, we succeeded in intention to give all most important basic and clinical nolidge achievement to our readers, in order to use it in daly clinical practice, specially for graduated and postgraduated students of medicine and related studies.
