ANALIZA ZDRAVSTVENOG STATUSA RADNIKA U ZDRAVSTVU

CILJ: Svrha istraživanja je analiza zdravstvenog statusa radnika u zdravstvu.

ISPITANICI I METOD RADA: Ispitivanjem je obuhvaćeno 250 zdravstvenih radnika (120 doktora i 130 medicinskih sestara) kao grupa izložena profesionalnim noksama. Ispitivani su uslovi rada i radne sredine ovih radnika. Kontrolnu grupu je činilo 110 administrativnih radnika približno iste strukture u odnosu na starost, pol i radni staž.

REZULTATI: Ispitivanje uslova rada i radne sredine je pokazalo da su svi zdravstveni radnici izloženi biološkim noksama i mentalnom naporu. Jonizujućem zračenju je bilo izloženo 22.0% zdravstvenih radnika, nejonizujućem zračenju 10.8%, nefiziološkom položaju tela 33.6%, teškom fizičkom naporu 23.6%, noćnom radu 31.6%, hemijskim noksama 17.2% zdravstvenih radnika. Profesionalne bolesti su registrovane kod 9 (3.6%) zdravstvenih radnika, kod 7 radnika virusni hepatitis, kod dva radnika tuberkuloza. Prevalencija neuroza, arterijske hipertenzije, kožnih oboljenja, proširenih vena, muskuloskeletnih poremećaja i poremećaja trudnoće je bila statistički značajno veća nego u kontrolnoj grupi (P<0.05). U izloženoj grupi profesionalnim noksama je bilo 149 (59.6%) pušača, što je statistički značajno više nego u kontrolnoj (P<0.01). Srednje vrednosti broja leukocita kod radnika izloženih jonizujućem zračenju je bila 5.34±1.5 što je statistički značajno manje nego u kontrolnoj (8.45 ± 2.4).

ZAKLjUČAK: Zdravstveni radnici su izloženi velikom broju profesionalnih noksi i zahtevima radnih mesta koje mogu izazvati profesionalne bolesti i oštećenja zdravstvenog stanja.


HEALTH STATUS ANALYSIS OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS

AIM: The aim of work is health status analysis of health care workers.

SUBJECTS AND METHODS: The examination included 250 health care workers (120 doctors and 130 nurses) as exposed group. The working conditions, work environment and healthy status of these workers were examined. The control group consisted of 120 administrative workers similar structure in regards to sex, age and length of service (P>0,05).

RESULTS: The examination of work places conditions showed that all health care workers were exposed to biological noxiousness and to mental load. To ionizing radiation were exposed 22.0% health care workers, to non-ionizing radiation were exposed 10.8%, to non-physiologic position were exposed 33.6%, to physical effort were exposed 23.6%, to night work 31.6%, to chemical noxiousness 17.2% health care workers. The professionally disease were registered at 9 (3.6%) health care workers (at 7 workers viral hepatitis, at two workers tuberculosis). Prevalence of neurosis, arterial hypertension, skin disturbances, varicose veins, musculosceletal disorders and pregnancy disturbances in exposed group registered significantly frequent than in controls (P<0.05). In exposed group were 149 (59.6%) smokers, which was significantly more than in controls (P<0.01). The mean values of leukocytes at workers exposed to ionizing radiation was 5.34±1.5 which was significantly less than in controls (8.45 ± 2.4).

CONCLUSION: The health care workers are exposed to numerous professional noxiousness and workplace demands, which can cause occupational diseases and health damages.
